Closing as obsolete. This pin-Digest PR (from 2026-08-24) pins the container image to digest 7d69869 in docker-compose.yml and helm values.yaml. Since then:

• The chart's image-tag convention is 'tag falls back to appVersion' (asserted by the helm template test — the failing check here) so the published chart always tracks the released app version through the automated release chain.
• The image has moved on (v0.5.3 was released today); pinning to the August digest would freeze chart users to a stale image.

If digest pinning is wanted later, it should be a deliberate chart-values design change (e.g. an optional digest value) rather than a renovate auto-pin of the default values — happy to revisit as a feature.
